Valencian Asado is a traditional Spanish dish known for its rich flavors and cultural heritage. Ingredients

Preparation

Cooking Process

After 1 hour, remove the foil and increase the oven temperature to 200°C (392°F). Roast for an additional 30 to 40 minutes, or until the meat is golden brown and cooked to your desired level of doneness. You can use a cooking timer to track the time accurately.
Let the meat rest for about 10 minutes before slicing to retain its juices and flavor.
