Instructions
Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) in advance.
- Prepare a muffin or hodugwaja mold by lightly greasing it with butter or using non-stick spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Whisk them together until evenly distributed.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar until smooth and light in color.
- Gradually add the milk and melted butter into the egg mixture, continuing to whisk until all ingredients are fully combined.

Assembly
