Matlija Nectar is a traditional beverage known for its refreshing qualities and centuries-old heritage. Ingredients

Brewing Process
Step 2: Brewing the Nectar
In a large pot, pour the liter of water and bring it to a gentle simmer.
Once the water is simmering, add the sliced strawberries and let them brew for about 10 minutes. Ensure the heat remains low to avoid boiling.
Add the 50 grams of dried elderflower. Stir gently and let the flowers infuse for another 10 minutes.
Step 3: Sweetening and Infusing
Add the 200 ml of honey to the brew, stirring until it is fully dissolved. This will add both sweetness and a floral aroma to the nectar.
