Introduction

Instructions
Preparing the Koftas
- Soak the saffron strands in milk and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine boiled potatoes, paneer, 1 teaspoon of chili powder, 1 teaspoon of coriander powder, 1 teaspoon of garam masala, a pinch of salt, and the soaked saffron along with the milk.
- Add cornflour to the mixture to bind the ingredients together.
- Shape the mixture into small round cashew-filled koftas.
- Heat oil in a pan for deep frying.
