Introduction

Ingredients

- Rice - 2 cups

- Breadcrumbs - 1 cup

- Tomatoes - 2, diced
- Parsley - 1/4 cup, chopped
- Oil - for frying
- Salt - to taste

Preparation
Preparing the Rice
- Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- In a pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil, add a pinch of salt, then add the rice.
- Cover the pot and simmer on low heat until the rice is cooked and fluffy.
Preparing the Potatoes
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the potatoes until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and set aside.
