- Fresh coriander leaves โ for garnishing
Preparation
- Marinate the chicken pieces with yogurt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Let it rest for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to seep in.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium flame. Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds. Allow them to sizzle.
- Add curry leaves, followed by the chopped onions and ginger-garlic paste. Sautรฉ until the onions turn golden brown.
