Tsheringmae Tsi is a traditional Bhutanese dish known for its hearty and comforting qualities. Preparation
Step 1: Preparing the Ingredients
Begin by preparing your rice. Rinse it under cold water until the water runs clear. This helps remove excess starch and ensures that the rice cooks evenly. Set it aside for now.
Step 2: Chopping Vegetables
Shred the cabbage, julienne the carrots, and dice the onion. Having these vegetables ready will streamline your cooking process.
Cooking Instructions
Step 1: Cooking the Rice
