Preparation
Step 1: Preparing the Potatoes
Begin by peeling the potatoes and cutting them into small cubes. Boil them in a large pot with salted water until they're tender, which usually takes around 15-20 minutes. Drain them well and transfer them back into the pot.
Step 2: Cooking the Meat and Vegetables
While the potatoes are cooking, heat the sunflower oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onions and sauté until they become translucent.
