Preparing the Dough
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Make a well in the center.
- Add 2 eggs and mix gently.
- Gradually add water, stirring continuously until the dough starts to come together.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface until it becomes smooth and elastic.
- Cover with a damp cloth and let it rest for about 30 minutes.
Preparing the Filling
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add onion and sauté until translucent.
- Introduce garlic, grated potatoes, caraway seeds, and bacon. Cook until the potatoes are soft.
