Preparation

Take your chicken pieces and coat them in the prepared marinade. Ensure every part of the chicken is covered. Allow the chicken to sit in the marinade for at least two hours or overnight for maximum flavor absorption.
Cooking Process
Step 1: Preparing the Grill
Traditionally, grill the marinated chicken over an open flame for an authentic smoky taste. If a grill isn't available, preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F) and place the chicken on a rack to ensure even cooking.
