Ingredients

Preparation
Prepare your ingredients by cutting the chicken into pieces, finely chopping the onions, mincing the garlic, and chopping the cilantro and parsley.
In a large bowl, combine the chicken pieces with the ginger, cumin, paprika, saffron soaked in water, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
While the chicken is marinating, rinse the green olives to remove excess salt, and quarter the preserved lemons.
Cooking Process
