• Susu (milk) - 200 ml

Preparation

1. Preheat your oven to 175°C (347°F). Prepare a baking pan by greasing it with mentega and lining it with parchment paper.

2. In a bowl, sift together the tepung terigu, kayu manis, mahaleb, kapulaga, garam, and baking powder. Set aside.

3. In a saucepan, melt the gula merah with 100 ml of susu over low heat until fully dissolved. Let it cool slightly.

4. In a separate bowl, beat the telur with a mixer until they become light and fluffy, approximately 3-5 minutes.
