- Fish Sauce - 2 tablespoons
Preparation Steps
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, pork, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, and onions. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight for best results.
- Prepare the vegetables by cutting the potatoes and carrots into desired sizes and soaking the banana blossoms until soft.
Cooking Process
- In a large pot over medium heat, add the marinated meat mixture along with the marinade liquid. Add bay leaves and black pepper.
