Preparation
Preparing the Dough

- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for approximately 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Preparing the Filling
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a tablespoon of vegetable oil.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until the onion is translucent.
