Marinating the Fish
In a shallow dish, combine Olive Oil, the juice of 2 Lemons, minced Garlic, Oregano, Thyme, Salt, and Black Pepper. Place the fillets of Dorado Fish in this marinade, ensuring that each piece is well-coated. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Cooking Process
Searing the Fish
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add a tablespoon of Olive Oil. Once hot, place the marinated Dorado Fish fillets in the skillet. Sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they develop a nice golden crust and are cooked through. Remove the fish and set aside.
