Preparation Steps
Marinate the Lamb
- In a large bowl, combine lamb, yogurt, turmeric, cumin, and coriander, ensuring the lamb pieces are well coated. Let it sit for at least 3 hours or overnight in the refrigerator for best results.
Prepare the Rice
