Ingredients
- Beef - 500g, finely chopped

- Water - 1 cup, cold
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
Preparation
Making the Filling
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until the onion is translucent.
- Add the beef and cook until it begins to brown.
- Stir in paprika, cumin, and oregano.
- Pour in the red wine and let it reduce slightly.
- Season with salt and black pepper.

- Set aside to cool.
Making the Dough
- In a large bowl, mix together flour and sugar.

- Wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
