Introduction to Zitounia
Zitounia is a traditional North African dish that originates from the rich culinary heritage of Algeria. Preparation

After the chicken has cooked for 45 minutes, add the green olives to the pot. Allow the stew to continue simmering for another 15 minutes, giving the olives time to meld with the sauce.
