Preparation
1. Preparing the Ingredients
Start by cleaning the chicken pieces thoroughly. Set aside. Slice the onions and dice the tomatoes. Mince the garlic and grate the ginger. Slice the okra and chop the spinach.
2. Marinating the Chicken
In a large bowl, combine the cleaned chicken, half of the onions, garlic, ginger, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Mix well, ensuring the chicken is coated. Cover and allow to marinate for at least 1 hour.
Cooking Process
