Brajaku

Ingredients

- Water - 200ml

Preparation
Prepare the Dough
Combine the flour and salt in a bowl. Cut in the butter until the mixture forms crumbs. Gradually add water to form a pliable dough. Knead for 5-7 minutes and set aside to rest.

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place the assembled Brajaku in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes. Use a cooking timer to keep accurate track of the time.
