Preparation
Step 1: Marinating the Lamb
Begin by marinating the lamb. In a large bowl, mix cumin, coriander, turmeric, salt, and black pepper. Add the lamb pieces and coat well with the spice mixture. Cover the bowl and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to permeate the meat.

Cooking Process
