Preparation
Begin by cleaning the chicken pieces thoroughly and patting them dry. Marinate them with a mix of turmeric, coriander powder, cumin powder, and a pinch of salt. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes to allow the spices to permeate the meat.
Cooking Process
