Preparation
Making the Dough
Start by mixing the flour and salt in a bowl. Add the butter and mix until the texture resembles breadcrumbs. Gradually add the water, kneading until a smooth dough forms. Cover it with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Preparing the Filling
