- Spring Onions (chopped) - 3 pieces

- Roasted Peanuts - 50g
- Vegetable Oil - for frying
- Rice Vinegar - 1 tsp
- Brown Sugar - 1 tsp
- Salt - to taste
Preparation
Start by marinating the chicken. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and mix with soy sauce and cornstarch. Allow it to marinate for at least 30 minutes to infuse the flavors.
Cooking Process
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or deep frying pan. Once hot, fry the marinated chicken pieces until golden brown and crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same wok, add Sichuan peppercorns and toast them until fragrant. Then add the dried red chilies and stir fry for a few seconds, being careful not to burn them.
