- Cassava - 500g
- Palm Oil - 100ml
- Dried Fish - 200g
- Smoked Fish - 200g
- Crayfish - 100g
- Onions - 2 medium-sized, chopped
- Red Chili - 2 pieces, chopped
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 small piece, grated
- Salt - to taste
- Black Pepper - to taste
- Fresh Spinach - 200g
- Groundnuts (Peanuts) - 100g, roasted and ground
Preparation Steps

Preparing the Cassava
- Peel the cassava and cut into medium-sized pieces.

- Debone both the dried fish and smoked fish.

- Add the prepared dried fish, smoked fish, and crayfish to the pot.
- Stir in the red chili, salt, and black pepper.
- Cook for additional 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
- Add the boiled cassava and stir gently.
- Sprinkle in the groundnuts and mix well.
- Cover the pot, reduce the heat, and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
- Add the fresh spinach and let it cook until just wilted, about 5 minutes.
